Showroom Questions
No. Our showroom is open for walk-ins. If you are looking for immediate service, we recommend arriving before 11am or after 3pm.
Yes, we carry a large variety of hardware in-stock. If there is something specific you are looking for, please contact us for availability.
We do not offer installation services but are happy to refer you to a reputable independent installer. We have some listed on our Local Referrals page.
Cabinetry plans are very helpful to bring along if you have them. If not, photos of the cabinetry you need hardware for are great. Additionally, if you have a sample of your cabinetry to bring with you, it is enormously helpful in visualizing different hardware options in your space.
If you are in a rush to get your door hardware, having your door handing and measurements ready beforehand can help to expedite the process. You can reference this form to see what information will be needed. If you are looking to purchase door hardware for your entire home, bringing a floorplan of your home is helpful, but not necessary.

Cabinet Hardware Questions
We offer a variety of cabinet hardware ranging from mid to luxury quality. Pricing starts around $7 for a cabinet knob and $12 for a 5" pull, with prices increasing with quality, size, country of manufacture, and more.
Center to Center is the measurement of the distance from the center of one hole to the other. It is the standard way of sizing cabinet hardware. Always keep in mind that the overall length will be longer than the Center to Center size.
The vast majority of our cabinet hardware falls in line with the standard metric and imperial sizing for cabinet hardware. If your hardware is something different, we do have a few options with adjustable legs that can be adjusted to fit various spacings. We also have pieces that will cover the old screw holes if you opt to re-drill.
We do not carry reproduction or replacement furniture hardware. If you are looking to match existing furniture hardware, we highly recommend reaching out to the furniture manufacturer if possible. Furniture manufacturers typically have their hardware custom made, meaning finding replacements elsewhere can be nearly impossible.
Door Hardware Questions
Our selection of door hardware includes products ranging from mid to luxury quality. Pricing starts around $175 per knob or lever set and at least $350 for an entry set. Prices go up from there, increasing with quality, design options, country of manufacture, and more.
Passage sets are functional sets that latch but do not lock. They are commonly used on childrens' rooms, closets, and entertainment rooms.
Privacy sets are functional sets that latch and lock with either a turn piece, button, or privacy pin. They are commonly used on bedrooms, bathrooms, and offices.
Dummy sets are non-functioning sets that operate by pushing or pulling. They are commonly used in a pair of double doors and shallow closets.
